One of the details I am consistently seeing pop up from the spring shows are head pieces; scarfs, hats, and turbans – they are simply tied or ornately done but they are there, completing the outfit. As a result I started pulling my scarfs forward from my closet and making them feel fresh again. What do you think? Ceec Love, Ceec Happiness…
